Thank you Donald Trump for making America dangerous to disagree with you

It is said a picture is worth a thousand words.

In the law is the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur: The thing speaks for itself.

    Oceans of white people.

A while back, I wrote a law school exam question and answer: Discuss the relevance, if any, of Amendment 14, Section 3, today.

U.S. Constitution Amendment 14, Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

My tech buddy Bob put that exam question and answer at the free internet library, archive.arg.

We then did a podçast about it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ool2d7q6hag

A satellite radio station host in Denver, Colorado read the law school exam question and answer and watched the podcast, and interviewed a Republican federal judge on the air about the exam question and answer and the podcast. The judge ridiculed me and said Trump had blacks in his cabinet. The host asked, what about the thing speaks for itself? The judge finally said such a lawsuit should have been brought by President Biden, which was the point of the law school exam question and answer.

The podcast went viral in Colorado, and the radio station received a lot of death threats, and its insurance bonding company cancelled its coverage, and the station went off the air.

The Colorado Supreme Court then ruled Trump had engaged in resurrection and Amendment 14, Section 3 barred Trump from being on the Colorado ballot, and the court received a lot of death threats.

Maine’s Secretary of State then received death threats after ruling Amendment 14, Section 3 barred Trump from being on the Maine ballot.

The judges presiding over civil lawsuits against Trump in New York received death threats.

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear Trump’s appeal from the Colorado decision, and the nine Justices know, if they rule Amendment 14, Section bars Trump from being president of the United States, they will receive death threats.

Down below are the links to the two most recent episodes of The Redneck Mystic Lawyer Podcast. The first episode was done in late December, and the second was done within the past week. By the time my tech friend Bob and I did the second episode, the first had 316, 000 complete watches in the Torrent system. We were delayed receiving YouTube links, because YouTube was flooded with uploads about the war in Gaza.

Some Rumble users found the first episode and cut clips out of it and put the clips on Rumble and made fun of Bob and me until we started getting death threats in comments under those clips, and Rumble took down the clips.

Based on what I read in Wikipedia and elsewhere online this morning, Rumble is a very conservative competitor of YouTube, and Donald Trump’s Truth Social uses Rumble’s platform and cloud.

    Trump requires total loyalty.

    As did Adolph Hitler.
