    While news and social media went bonkers over 4 indictments of Donald The Thug, I saw this in my Apple News feed:

Florida lawyer files legal challenge to disqualify Trump from 2024 presidential race

A lawyer from Palm Beach County has filed one of the first legal challenges to disqualify Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential race under a clause in the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment.

Boynton Beach tax attorney Lawrence Caplan filed the challenge in federal court in the Southern District of Florida citing the amendment's "disqualification clause" for those who engage in insurrections and rebellion against the United States. The amendment was ratified in 1868 after the Civil War, during Reconstruction, and also addressed the citizenship status of freed slaves and the re-integration of the defeated Confederate states back into the Union...

Amendment 14, Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Why didn’t Sleepy Joe Biden shout it? Why didn’t the US Attorney General file a 14th Amendment disqualification action in the US District Court in Washington D. C., where Trump was and the Jan 6, 2020 insurrection happened?

    After Donald The Thug's weigh-in at the Fulton County, Georiga jail, I posted at my Facebook:

Why was Trump permitted to tell the jail he weighed 215 pounds, instead of the jail weighing him? If he weighs only 215 pounds, there are no Scales of Justice.

Porn star Stormy Daniels said she doesn’t believe former President Donald Trump weighs only 215 pounds, as hisFulton County jail booking records attest.

“Mmmkay! And I’m 110lbs and a virgin ! I’m not a scale or a doctor but I have spent some time beneath 215lb men and Tiny was not one of them,” she wrote Friday on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Trump also listed his height at 6 feet 3 inches — putting him in a class alongside the likes of boxer Muhammad Ali in his prime, and actor Chris Hemsworth when he played Thor.

Trump’s last reported weight was taken in 2020 during his annual physical as president. 

At that time he weighed 244 pounds and was an inch shorter. 

Before achieving his current peak physical performance, his former weight was considered obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Adult BMI Calculator.

Trump’s indictment in Georgia — his fourth in 2023 — includes 13 new counts of racketeering and conspiracy and other alleged offenses from efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Daniels herself is at the center of an indictment from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg stemming from Trump’s alleged payment of hush money to her to keep quiet about an affair they had before the 2016 presidential election. 

Trump has denied ever sleeping with Daniels.

Daniels’ commentary was only the latest in a string of posts online dissecting the historic booking at Fulton County. One commentator compared his mugshot to the famous “Kubrick Stare”

Michael Cohen Says What Really ‘Appalled’ Him About Trump’s Georgia Arrest

One part of the proceedings angered the former president's fixer.

Michael Cohen, a former fixer for Donald Trump, on Sunday expressed his disgust with what he described as the “royal treatment” the former president received when he surrendered to law enforcement officials in Fulton County, Georgia, last week over his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

“I was appalled, to be honest with you, while watching the news and watching how Donald was brought to the Fulton County Jail,” Cohen told MSNBC’s Ali Velshi. “Forty-motorcade in New Jersey, forty-motorcade in Georgia. Why? He’s nothing more than an indicted defendant.”e Politics 

“How much money did it cost the American taxpayers? How much money did it cost the people of Atlanta in order to put all the police officers? For what?” Cohen added. “For this man to roll up like he’s, you know, Caesar coming through the gates of Rome after victory. He is an indicted defendant on 91 counts. He should not be given this sort of royal treatment.”

So, I read in a news article that the Christian fundamentalist Sarah Palin warned the American left that prosecuting Donald Trump will bring a civil war, is that what the left wants? I wondered if Sarah ever even once considered that Jesus in the Gospels would tell her to tell the American right, if they start a civil war for any reason, they never knew Jesus in the Gospels, who waged civil war very differently in his day. Sarah might also tell the American right that they really should stop calling the American left communists.
